I talk about relationships a lot... but, today we're focusing on primary relationships. The relationships that we have with those who are closest to us.
Some people have a lot of people in their lives, others choose to have few. Or, they have trouble relating so are feeling isolated.
Bottom line: we all want safety and belonging and from there we create our relationships.
So, join me today, as I'm on a little family getaway (primary relationships in action!) for a thoughtful chat. Of course, I'll have a few questions to help get your whole brain involved, challenging the limiting beliefs around the primary relationships in your life.
