For this episode, Mercedes was looking for a communication expert. Someone who could give us some amazing pointers on how to communicate with ourselves for transformation and that purposeful life we all want. Mercedes happens to know a few. Then something happened. In her sessions and time with the women in her life (including herself) a theme and topic kept coming up. It had to do with chronic verbal abuse, berating, underhanded comments, and put-downs. So, she is showing up today to share what she is hearing and seeing - and to propose that an expert might not be who we need to hear from right now, and we are being called to hear from someone else.
