When we hear the buzz word, self-care, we have a belief about it, whether we are thinking about it or not. In today’s episode, Mercedes digs a little deeper into some misconceptions we have about self-care. This is really another form of perfectionism. She offers a stepping stone that takes you from feeling selfish, to self”ish”.
