"Hurry up, we are going to be late."
"I am in a hurry, I will catch you later."
"How are you? Life is busy…. Yours?"
These are some of the phrases I have probably said… and, the list could go on.
When I stay in the hurry mode for too long, I get frenzied, frustrated, and exhausted. Something I can’t “fake until I make it” through nearly as “good” as I used to.
So much of our hurry is self-imposed (sorry, not sorry) and today’s episode looks at it in a simple and sweet way. An empowering way to shift to where you want to be even more.
